Dec 08 2014 i would prefer to do it on manual mill and there is no problem with r1.5mm since convex cutters in this size are readily available. 0.875mm is a bit more complex i have looked around and there seems to be no cutter in exactly that size the closest i could find is 132 of an inch which is slightly smaller then needed.
